A three-chamber system for doors with thermal insulation with a possibility of applying glazing beads for the euro standard groove. Profiled thermal breaks of width of 34mm are applied in PE78N. Specially designed to enable the ease of connection between door and windows. The structural depth for frames and sashes is 78mm.
The system allows the use of a wide range of hardware and door locks. PE78N offers choice in corner connections. A variety of thresholds, including PVC, can be applied to guarantee the best water and thermal insulation.
Aluminium profiles
EN AW – 6060 according to PN–EN 573 -3 T66 according to PN – EN 515 Al Mg Si 0,5 F22 according to DIN 1725 T1, DIN 17615 T1.
Gaskets
EPDM synthetic rubber according to DIN 7863 and standard according to ISO 3302-01, E2.

Single or packed window panels with any kind of glass or opaque panels of width: 23-61mm.
Thermal insulation
Frame heat transfer (U-value) is 1,5 W/m2K.
Powder coating with polyester to the Qualicoat standards, any RAL colour of choice: anodised in colours: natural aluminium, olive, champagne, gold, brown – according to the Qualanod standards, lacquered for colour imitating wood.
Initial type tests according to PN-EN 14351 – 1 + A1.
Certificate of conformity: 2nd RC class of antiburglary according to PN-EN 1627.
