Security panels PK1 are manufactured in standard sizes, 50 x 500 x 2500mm, steel sheet thickness of 2mm and 1,5mm, with internal reinforcement and filling. Security panels are mounted on a C-shaped profile. They may be fixed by welding, screws or rivets. The surfaces of the panels and mounting profiles are protected by powder coating powder primers. Security panels can be powder-painted in RAL colours and may be manufactured in non-standard dimensions. Panel standard weight is 50kg. Panels may be covered with plasterboards after installation or left untreated due to the high-end finish.
Security panels PK1 are designed to strengthen and secure the walls of rooms that do not meet the construction criteria for secure offices (uniform wall with a thickness of at least 250mm), and to isolate the appropriate security zone. They can provide a wall structure dividing the room. Important advantages of using the panels are their low weight, which does not expose the ceiling to excessive loads, as well as the ease and speed of wall installation. The panels are also used for separating a secret storage room in the office where classified documents may be stored.
PK1 Security panel is made according to the criteria of the PN -EN 1143-1:2006 standard and has a first-class protection against burglary, evident from a certificate of conformity of the Institute of Precision Mechanics.
