Custom made-to-measure products are ineligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect, an error on our part, or the product does not match the specifications provided by you during the ordering process.
If your custom-made product has a manufacturing defect or if there was an error in the specifications provided by us, please contact us within 10 days from the date of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue and either repair or replace the product at no additional cost.
Since the products are tailored to your specifications, no changes or cancellations are possible after placing the order.
