Fire Doors

Fire Rated Security Door

Our custom-made steel fire doors have been certified to achieve a fire rating of EI30s, EI45s & EI60s to create a barrier not only for the fire itself but also for cold smoke (Sa) and hot smoke (S200). Fire resistance is achieved through the use of specific plasterboard inserts and an intumescent seal on the leaf perimeter.
A burglary resistance security rating is achieved through the use of a durable multi-point locking system, reinforced cold-rolled steel door frame and leaf and mineral wool insulation.
A 20 mm threshold is included as standard in the door frame. The doors come pre-hung on four ø22 mm welded hinges with ball bearings, and the hinge side is reinforced with anti-forcing bolts.
The acoustic performance and air permeability are improved with the use of a bespoke EPDM seal.
These doors can be manufactured as either internal or external doors and can open inwards or outwards based on your requirements.
