Installation
From survey to a finished opening
Bespoke steel frame doors demand precision. Here is how we approach fitting in your home or project.
The process
Designed around a smooth, low-stress experience
A home project should feel rewarding, not chaotic. Our installation workflow is built around clear communication, accurate surveying, and skilled fitting so the finished door aligns with your design intent — not just "closes and latches," but sits true in the opening and operates quietly for years.
Every OC Slimline door is made to measure after we understand your openings, substrate condition, and whether you need supply only or supply and install across Ireland.
What we look for on site
Survey & openings
We take precise dimensions and inspect each opening for squareness, level floors, and wall condition. Uneven floors and out-of-square jambs are common; we plan adjustments before manufacture, not on the day with a file and hope.
Single-visit fit
Most internal glazed installations are completed in one visit. We work efficiently, protect adjacent finishes, and leave the area clean — the last impression should be as considered as the first.
Delivery & timing
We align production and delivery with your build programme so doors arrive when the opening is ready — avoiding long storage on site and unnecessary handling risk.

"Your home is not just a structure — it is the setting for daily life. We treat it that way on site."

Quality built in
Materials, welding, powder coating, and hardware are specified for longevity. When you invest in a bespoke internal door, you are investing in a fixed part of the architecture — not a disposable joinery item.
Supply only vs supply & install
We offer both. Supply-only suits projects with an experienced installer you trust; supply and install gives you a single point of responsibility for measurement, fitting, and final adjustment. If you are unsure which route fits your build, ask during consultation.
