Our blast resistant doors are certified under EN 13123-2:2004 (explosion resistance — outdoor detonation test), covering EXR1 through EXR5 protection classes. Each door is custom manufactured in single or double-leaf configuration, with cold-formed galvanised steel sheets and internal steel profile reinforcements with mineral wool filling.
All EXR-rated doors feature rebated seals on four edges, bearing-equipped hinges, and anti-forcing blocks on the hinge side. Blast resistance is certified from the hinge side. EXR2 doors additionally incorporate a conical steel plate on the hinge side that disperses the blast wave for enhanced protection.

Air Blast EXR5 Doors
Our Air Blast EXR5 doors represent the pinnacle of explosion resistance, certified to EXR5 class with RC6 burglar resistance and capable of withstanding a 7 bar explosion pressure on both sides. Tested and certified by the Military Institute of Armament Technology.
