EN 1627 Certified

RC Rated Security Doors

RC2 to RC6 burglar resistance under EN 1627. Custom manufactured, CE certified, supply worldwide. Complete assembly testing — leaf, frame, hardware.

RC (Resistance Class) is the European classification for burglar-resistant doors under EN 1627. Unlike component-based standards, EN 1627 tests the complete door assembly — leaf, frame, hinges, locks, and frame anchors — under a timed attack using class-specific tools. A door carries its RC certification only when every element meets the class requirement.

TDS manufactures RC-rated doors from RC2 through RC6. All doors are custom made to your opening dimensions and specification. Combined ratings (RC + fire, RC + bulletproof, RC + blast) are available — see the product pages below for specific certification combinations.
