Our data center doors are specifically engineered to meet the security and fire safety requirements of modern data center facilities. These doors provide comprehensive protection through high burglar resistance ratings (RC2, RC3, RC4, RC5) and fire resistance (EI30s, EI60s, EI120s), ensuring both physical security and fire safety compliance.

The doors are designed with integrated access control systems, allowing for secure, monitored entry and exit from both sides. They feature Abloy electric solenoid locks certified according to EN 14846, EN 179, and EN 1125, providing reliable access control and emergency exit functionality. The doors are equipped with Abloy EA280 lead cover to protect cables as they travel from the door to the frame. When the opening angle of the door is more than 120° or the distance between the hinge and the door frame is more than 20 mm, the long lead cover EA281 should be used.

Each door is equipped with a door closer certified to EN 1154, ensuring automatic closing for fire safety compliance. Door contacts and monitoring systems can be integrated for real-time access tracking and security management.

The door frame and leaf are manufactured from cold-rolled steel and are internally reinforced. The door structure is filled with mineral wool for thermal and acoustic improvement, helping to maintain optimal environmental conditions within the data center.

The doors come pre-hung on four ø22 mm welded hinges with ball bearings, and the hinge side is reinforced with anti-forcing bolts. External doors feature a 15 mm threshold as standard, while internal doors are supplied with a flat threshold with drop down seal (Abloy Planet HS - FH+RD / 48 dB). The acoustic performance and air permeability are improved with the use of a bespoke EPDM seal, ensuring proper environmental sealing for climate-controlled data center environments.

These doors can be manufactured as either internal or external doors and can open inwards or outwards based on your facility requirements.
